AI visibility for agencies

Answer “Are we in ChatGPT?” with numbers that show their work.

Answertally asks ChatGPT, Perplexity and Grok the questions your client’s buyers ask, several times each. We show the range and the evidence behind every number: how many answers it rests on, how confident it is, and the answers themselves. No rank, and no single score. Your client gets it as a report in your brand.

A new service for clients you already have

Your clients already ask what ChatGPT says about them. You have the relationship, the SEO team and the reporting habit. What is missing is a way to measure it and something to hand over, and that is the part Answertally does, so the service does not start with a new hire.

66% of agencies named AI search as the top new service their clients ask for.

Sell it on its own, or fold it in

Whatever your clients call it, it arrives as visible new work: a baseline, ranked work with reasons, and a report they approve. Charge for it as a line item or use it to strengthen a retainer you already have.

Your team does the work, not the spreadsheet

Answertally does the asking, reading and counting. Each piece of work opens as a brief with its objective, the numbers behind it, steps and acceptance criteria, and one view across every client shows which ones need attention this week.

Priced per client, team included

About $100–$166 per client a month, depending on the plan. No seats and no credits to count.

One loop per client, in three steps

Each step feeds the next, and each keeps its evidence attached.

    1

See where the client is losing

How often each assistant names your client and its competitors, question by question, and which sources are cited in answers that name a competitor but not your client.

  2. Get covered on reviewhub.exampleReason: cited in 18% of answers; Quillstack and Loambox appear there, Fernpost does not.
    2

Work through it in order, a reason on every item

Every opportunity and every action says why it is there. When work is marked done, the product compares the topics it touched with the client’s untouched topics: an estimate with a confidence level, not attribution.

  3. 3

Report in your brand, approved by link

Your logo and colour on a page the client opens without an account. They approve the report and the next sprint in it by typing their name, so the plan is agreed in writing.

What your client receives

Agencies do not resell a dashboard. They resell the document in front of their client, so this is the real report layout, cut short, from the example quarter.

  • Your brand. The client sees your logo and colour. The report page does not name us, link to us or mention a plan.
  • A link, no login. The link opens without an account. It can be served from a domain you own — ask us and we set it up — and on that domain nothing but the report exists.
  • Approved in writing. The client approves the report, and the next sprint in it, by typing their name on the page. The name and the date are recorded.
  • The caveats travel with it. Every figure is called an estimate, and every report ends with a “How to read this” section.
  • PDF and email. You can download the same page as a PDF to forward. The client's link has an approve step, not a download button. Sent from the product, the email goes out under your agency's name from our sending address.

AI answer visibility

Across the tracked buyer questions, Fernpost was named in an estimated 28.6% of answers this period, up from 19.4%. The gap to the strongest tracked competitor stands at -13.4 pp. Every figure is an estimate from repeated samples of assistant answers, not a count of real buyer conversations.

How to read this
  • Visibility is the share of AI answers mentioning the brand, measured across repeated samples on several platforms over weekly windows.
  • There were no untouched topics to compare against in this period, so movement cannot be separated from platform-wide changes.

What agencies ask before they buy

In the words we hear most, with straight answers.

“AEO, GEO… isn’t this snake oil?”

Some of what is sold under those names is. The part that is not is simple: buyers ask assistants what to use, and you can count how often your client is named in the answers. That is what we measure, with the working shown. No score, and no promise of a placement.

“AI answers change every time. The numbers are noise.”

One answer is noise, which is why we never report one. No figure rests on fewer than three answers per question per assistant, shares come with their range and a confidence level, and a change the sample cannot tell apart is labelled that way instead of being sold as a win.

“We don’t need another dashboard.”

Neither does your client. What comes out is ranked work with a reason on every item, and a report in your brand that the client approves by link. The screens are there so your team can check the working.

“Too expensive for a service we haven’t sold yet.”

Per client it works out at about $100–$166 a month depending on the plan, with your whole team included. The audit is free, so you can price your own offer on real output before any plan is agreed.

“We already pay for Semrush and Ahrefs.”

Keep your SEO suite. Semrush or Ahrefs stay where your keyword and backlink work lives; Answertally is the client-facing AI-visibility layer next to them and does not try to replace them. It does not do keywords or backlinks, on purpose.

“Will my client see your name?”

The client sees your logo and colour. The report page does not name us, link to us or mention a plan. The link opens without an account. It can be served from a domain you own — ask us and we set it up — and on that domain nothing but the report exists.

Start with one client, for free

Create a workspace, add one brand and run the audit. It takes longer than a page load, because every question is asked several times on each assistant. You end with a diagnosis, ranked work and a report in your brand to take into the next client meeting.
