Pricing

Priced per client, with your whole team included.

Billed per client account. Not per seat, not per source, not per prompt. Every plan includes measurement, diagnosis, the actions board, experiments, white-label reports and PDF export. Priced against the retainer revenue it supports, not against the price of a rank tracker.

Price the service before you buy anything

You can sell AI visibility as its own line item or inside a retainer. Only you know what your clients will pay, so the calculator below uses your numbers, not ours.

What the service could bring in, on your numbers

Type what you would charge a client for AI visibility each month and how many clients might take it. The defaults are illustrative starting values, not a market rate.

Arithmetic on the numbers you enter, not a forecast. It leaves out your team’s time and whether clients say yes.

Keep your SEO suite. Semrush or Ahrefs stay where your keyword and backlink work lives; Answertally is the client-facing AI-visibility layer next to them and does not try to replace them.

Two units: clients and AI checks

The plan limits two things. Everything else, including the number of people on your team, is not counted.

What counts as a client

One brand you measure, with its own prompts, competitors, sources, board and reports.

The plan sets how many client accounts the workspace can hold at once: 3, 10 or 25. Adding one beyond that means moving to the next plan, and the product asks you to rather than failing quietly.

Above 25 accounts there is no next plan: every further client account is $80 a month, 20% off what the top plan works out to per account. The full terms are here.

Billing unit: the client account. Not seats, not sources, not prompts.
What an AI check is

One answer from one assistant to one prompt.

Asking the same prompt three times on ChatGPT is three checks. A figure needs at least three answers per prompt per assistant.
How far the allowance goes

One AI check is one assistant answering one prompt once. A client measured the default way (around two dozen prompts, three samples each, three assistants, every two weeks) uses roughly 450 checks a month. Measured weekly, it uses roughly 950 checks, and each plan still covers every client with about 40% to spare.

Starter3 × 950 ≈ 2,850 of 4,000
Growth10 × 950 ≈ 9,500 of 13,000
Scale25 × 950 ≈ 23,750 of 28,500
every client full, measured weeklyheadroom in the allowance
The assistants your plan allows have no separate price. Switching every one of them on for a client means 4 assistants instead of the 3 measured by default, so that client uses about 4/3 as many AI checks (roughly 1,250 a month if measured weekly). Going past the allowance does not cut anything off mid-month. The usage bar on your dashboard shows where you stand, and we agree the next step together.

Included in every plan

Every plan includes measurement, diagnosis, the actions board, experiments, white-label reports and PDF export. Plans differ only in how many clients and checks they cover.

  1. 1

    Measurement

Three assistants on Starter; all five from Growth, switched on per client. No figure from fewer than three answers per question per assistant. Every two weeks by default; weekly or daily if you switch it on.

  2. 2

    Diagnosis

The sources assistants cite, grouped by kind, with where competitors appear and your client does not.

  3. 3

    Actions board

Ranked opportunities, each with a reason, turned into work with an owner and a brief.

  4. 4

    Experiments

What followed the work you mark done, compared with the client’s untouched topics, shown as an estimate with a confidence level.

  5. 5

    White-label reports

The client sees your logo and colour. The report page does not name us, link to us or mention a plan. The client approves by link.

  6. 6

    PDF export

Download the same report as a PDF, for clients who forward documents rather than links.

How to start

There is no self-serve checkout yet. Plans are set up with us directly. This is the actual path.

  1. 1

    Run the free audit

Create a workspace and audit a brand you work on — a client's, or your own. Nothing is charged to run it.

  2. 2

    Pick the plan with us

Plans are agreed directly rather than through a checkout: say how many clients you plan to measure, and the matching plan is set up.

  3. 3

    Billing is set up

Billing is set up with us directly, and the plan’s limits apply from then on.

Billing questions

What does it cost per client?

With the plan full: Starter about $166, Growth about $130, Scale about $100 per client a month. Your team is not counted.

Do you charge per seat?

No. Billed per client account. Not per seat, not per source, not per prompt. The number of people on your team is not counted, and there is no charge per seat.

What exactly is an AI check?

One AI check is one assistant answering one prompt once. A client measured the default way (around two dozen prompts, three samples each, three assistants, every two weeks) uses roughly 450 checks a month. Measured weekly, it uses roughly 950 checks, and each plan still covers every client with about 40% to spare.

What happens if we go past the allowance?

Going past the allowance does not cut anything off mid-month. The usage bar on your dashboard shows where you stand, and we agree the next step together.

What if we need more clients than the plan allows?

The plan sets how many client accounts the workspace can hold at once. Adding one beyond that means moving to the next plan, and the product asks you to rather than failing quietly. Above the top plan there is no next one: from the 25th account every further account is $80 a month, 20% off what the top plan works out to per account.

Do extra assistants cost extra?

The assistants your plan allows have no separate price. Switching every one of them on for a client means 4 assistants instead of the 3 measured by default, so that client uses about 4/3 as many AI checks (roughly 1,250 a month if measured weekly).

Do we have to drop Semrush or Ahrefs?

No. Keep your SEO suite. Semrush or Ahrefs stay where your keyword and backlink work lives; Answertally is the client-facing AI-visibility layer next to them and does not try to replace them.

Can we pay by card on the site?

Not yet. There is no self-serve checkout yet. Plans are set up with us directly.

Is the free audit really free?

Yes. Creating a workspace and running the audit costs nothing, and no card is asked for.
